Elizabeth Nesler

Elizabeth has been in the property management industry since 2004. She moved to Chicago in 2007 for an opportunity to manage a garden style community in Mundelein, Illinois.
Not long after, she made the move to downtown Chicago, where she worked alongside a stellar manager at a 500+ community in Streeterville for one year before transitioning over to student housing to manage a lease-up in the West Loop.
Elizabeth joined the conventional market in 2014, working for Greystar at K2 Apartments, and she joined Bozzuto in 2015. Elizabeth started her journey with Bozzuto at Atwater Apartments in Streeterville and became a Regional Manager in 2019. Elizabeth still works for Bozzuto, which she considers her forever home, as a Regional Vice President overseeing several high-rise buildings in downtown Chicago, in addition to a lease-up property in Edina, Minnesota.
When Elizabeth is not at work, she is busy spending time with her family. She also enjoys practicing and teaching hot yoga. Elizabeth is originally from Saint Louis, Missouri and moved to the Chicagoland area 18 years ago. She and her family live in Brookfield and spend most weekends at sporting events for her son, Ryan, who participates in baseball, basketball, and football.

She is a CPM candidate, holds a LIHTC + Blended Compliance certification and a District of Columbia Property Manager License, enabling her to work with various types of housing programs and regulations.
